How much does product variation matter in multihead weighing?
Our third 10-head weigher test features handmade sausages—long products that can vary more in size, shape, and consistency than relatively uniform cylindrical items.
Those differences can influence how individual pieces feed and distribute through a weighing system. A test with real product samples helps buyers evaluate the material's behavior rather than assuming that all sausage products will handle in the same way.

What happens when long products are soft and irregular?
Our second 10-head weigher test features spicy strips, or latiao.
These elongated, soft products can overlap or interact differently as they move through feeding and distribution. That behavior makes this application different from the relatively uniform thin corn sausages featured in Part 1.
The HONETOP video focuses on the standalone 10-head multihead weigher. There is no packaging machine connected, and the test does not represent finished-package production.
For a similar product, evaluating actual samples is important because softness, shape, and flow behavior can affect how the product moves through the weighing system.

Can a multihead weigher handle long, regular products?
We begin our three-part 10-head weigher series with thin corn sausages—long, cylindrical products with relatively consistent size and shape.
This standalone HONETOP test focuses on how the product moves through the feeding, distribution, and weighing process. It is a test of the weigher itself, not a complete packaging-line run.
Even when products look similar in shape, their dimensions and feeding behavior still matter when evaluating a weighing application. Testing with the actual product is a practical way to assess whether the process and settings are suitable.

This test uses an inclined auger/screw feeding system for a 3g powder packaging application.
The screw feeding setup moves the powder toward the filling point as part of the dosing process, providing a practical configuration for this type of small-dose application.

In real production, conditions can change. Product characteristics, package size, packaging material, filling method, sealing conditions, and production requirements can all affect the final packaging result.
For example, a change in product weight may require filling adjustments. A different bag size may require different machine settings. Different film material may require different sealing conditions.
These adjustments help support accurate filling, consistent package quality, stable operation, and reliable production performance.

What does an automatic induction sealing machine actually look like in operation?
