Small robot, big room for exploration. Meet WhalesBot Rocky. ๐Ÿค–

Designed for hands-on robotics learning, Rocky combines building, programming, sensing, and motion control in one flexible platform:

โ€ข Smart control with a 32-bit processor, display, Bluetooth, and built-in sensors
โ€ข Ultrasonic and 5-in-1 grayscale sensors for exploring and responding to the environment
โ€ข 2 closed-loop motors for precise and reliable movement
โ€ข Customizable building for creating different robot designs
โ€ข Multiple sensor, motor, and servo ports for expanding what Rocky can do

And the learning goes beyond the build. Rocky is also the recommended kit for the ENJOY AI 2026 Mining Expedition, where students can put their coding, robot control, and problem-solving skills into action. โ›๏ธ

A closer look at AI, robotics, and the future of education in Australia. ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ

Last week, we welcomed John Madew, Deputy Consul-General (Commercial); Stephanie Smith, Consul (Commercial); and Jay Ning, Senior Investment Director from the Commercial Section of the Australian Consulate-General Shanghai, to WhalesBot.

During the visit, the group explored our robotics products and learning spaces, while we shared more about WhalesBotโ€™s latest learning solutions and international growth. ๐Ÿค–

We also exchanged ideas on Australiaโ€™s education and AI landscape, including how emerging technologies are shaping new opportunities for learning and collaboration.

It was great to connect with the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) around a shared interest in the future of AI, robotics, and STEM education, and to bring perspectives from different markets into the conversation. ๐ŸŒ

The AI age is also about relational intelligence (RQ). ๐ŸŒ

A recent article published by the World Economic Forum highlights relational intelligence (RQ) as an increasingly important human capability, especially the ability to build trust, collaborate across differences, and resolve conflict.

Every technological revolution changes what society values. The industrial age emphasized physical capital. The information age elevated cognitive capital. In the AI age, relational intelligence may matter more than ever.๐ŸŒฑ

For STEM and robotics learning, this idea is especially tangible. When students build, test, and troubleshoot together, they are not only learning technology. They are also developing teamwork, communication, and shared problem-solving from an early age.

At WhalesBot, we believe future-ready learning should develop both technical fluency and the human capabilities students build through learning and creating together. ๐Ÿค–

From training AI models to turning code into real-world actions, software gives students a powerful way to learn by creating. ๐Ÿ’ป

WhalesBot Software Practice brings AI and coding together through two complementary learning areas.

๐Ÿค– For AI practice, students can train models, develop their own AI applications, and connect software with hardware to see how AI works beyond the screen.

๐Ÿ’ก For coding practice, graphical programming, AI-assisted programming, and Python give students multiple ways to develop coding skills, test ideas, and build their own projects.

Together, these tools help students move from understanding technology to experimenting with it, creating with it, and putting their ideas into practice.

Our latest press release on the inaugural ENJOY AI 2026 Americas Open is now available via PR Newswire. ๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿค–

The event brought hundreds of young participants from Canada, Mexico, Tรผrkiye, and Ethiopia together in Markham for robotics competitions, hands-on AI learning, and international exchange.

As a sponsor of the event, WhalesBot was proud to support this important step in ENJOY AIโ€™s global growth. More than a competition, the Americas Open gave students opportunities to program, test, collaborate, and turn what they had learned into real robotics experiences.

This is also part of a larger goal: connecting classroom learning, hands-on projects, and international competitions to help more young people develop practical AI and STEM skills.
