🤝ZOE Energy Storage is building Saudi Arabia’s first world‑class battery storage manufacturing base

We’ve partnered with a local strategic ally to establish a state-of-the-art BESS facility, combining ZOE’s core storage technology with Saudi local manufacturing.

🔋 Phased rollout
Phase I: 6GWh, operational by Q1 2027
Phase II: scaling to 18GWh – closing a major gap in the country’s large‑scale storage production.

🎯 Why it matters
It directly supports Saudi’s Vision 2030 energy targets, cuts import reliance, and serves not just the Kingdom but also the Gulf region, MENA, Central Asia, and Africa.

🌏 Designed for extreme conditions
The 150‑acre plant will meet top European manufacturing standards, carry “Made in Saudi” certification, and deliver solutions built for harsh desert environments.

A wastewater treatment plant’s pumping station cannot afford downtime – even seconds of blackout can disrupt essential services. That’s why we deployed 1.075MWh of Z BOX-C series with an 800kW Static Transfer Switch (STS).
