2,000+ Humanoid Robots. One Giant Robotics Arena. The 2nd World Humanoid Robot Games kick off in Beijing on August 22, with 666 teams and 2,056 robots from 16 countries—a huge increase from last year.
More than 50 events will test everything from running, tug-of-war, and table tennis to practical tasks like cleaning and rescue operations. A new tug-of-war event is already putting humanoid robots’ balance, traction, coordination, and raw mechanical strength to the test.

Navimow X450 is a fully autonomous robotic mower designed to handle up to 1.5 acres, navigate slopes up to 40°, automatically map the lawn, avoid 200+ objects, and return to its dock when the battery is low.

With 4WD, dual independent steering motors, night operation, rain sensing, and app-based control, it is essentially a robot doing a job that normally requires a human.

At around $3,000 for the 1.5-acre version, the bigger question is: Will autonomous robots eventually replace routine outdoor maintenance work?
