Y6: Y Chromosome microdeletions real time PCR kit was designed to detect the six Sequence Taq Site(STS) microdeletions in AZFa,AZFb,AZFc area according to the EAA and EMQN best practice guidelines of molecular diagnostic of Y Chromosomal microdeletions, in two tubes the multiplex PCR amplification in four channels(FAM/VIC/ROX/CY5), simultaneously setup two gene as internal control, separately as S*x determining region of the Y chromosome(SRY) and Zinc finger protein ZFX/ZFY, which monitor the whole reaction procedure from sample collection, Nucleic Acid extraction and PCR amplification.
