🚢 Imagine a fully loaded vehicle navigating a 30° floating dock ramp, or maneuvering through narrow corridors inside a shipyard.
These are exactly the challenges our client faced-and where the A025 outdoor robot came in.
1. Outdoor robots are needed to get on and off the floating dock (fully loaded), and the maximum slope of the connecting ramp can reach 30 degrees
✅Solution: The drive form is four-wheel drive, featuring dual 3kw drive motors with a peak output torque of 1240N
2. For the entry and exit ramps, there are narrow passages in the workshop, and a small turning radius is required
✅Solution: Front and rear dual Ackerman steering design
3. Navigation in the complex outdoor environment of the shipyard, with large open areas
✅Solution: Mainly 3D laser, integrating dual RTK for auxiliary positioning
🔧 Configurable and customizable: Designed to adapt to complex industrial environments and ready for full-scale deployment.
❓ Looking ahead, how do you see Outdoor Robot transforming the operation mode of shipyards? What impacts will this have on your industry?
