Recently, Typhoon No. 10 "Maysak" struck Guangxi with intense force, triggering continuous torrential rains and severe flooding across multiple regions. The unfolding disaster has deeply touched hearts everywhere, especially those of everyone at Emdoor Group.
Upon learning that affected communities in Guigang, Guangxi, were facing acute shortages of daily necessities and in urgent need of emergency support, Emdoor Group took immediate action. Partnering with our long-term philanthropic ally, the Shenzhen Lions Club, we swiftly activated our emergency response mechanism. Building upon the disaster relief funds previously allocated by the Shenzhen Lions Club, we finalized a targeted match-donation plan in no time to secure more essential living supplies and help the affected residents weather this difficult period.
Every single cent of this matching donation carries the warmth and care of all our employees. The funds have been used to purchase vital supplies such as rice, cooking oil, and emergency power banks, ensuring that every bit of goodwill is delivered precisely into the hands of those in need.
To ensure smooth delivery, Mr. Zhong Jingwei, Founder of Emdoor Group, personally volunteered to join the love-delivery team. Alongside two representatives from the Social Service Department of the Shenzhen Lions Club, he traveled directly to the hardest-hit frontlines, including Donglong Town in the Qintang District of Guigang, Guangxi, to personally oversee the inventory check, handover, and distribution of the relief materials.
In Donglong Town, the team successfully coordinated with Yu Binpu, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, to hand over the supplies directly to the affected villagers. This targeted batch of relief materials, valued at over 100,000 RMB, immediately filled the local emergency supply gap, resolving the urgent food shortages and power outages for the stranded residents.
