🎣 How long can a 50Ah battery REALLY power your 55lb motor?

We get this question a lot from the community! Calculating your runtime isn't just guesswork—it’s all about your speed settings. Here’s the breakdown for a Power Queen 12.8V 50Ah LiFePO4 battery:

🐢 Low Speed (~5A Draw): Up to 10 hours. Perfect for slow trolling along the shoreline all morning.
🚤 Medium Speed (~20A Draw): Around 2.5 hours. Great for moving between your favorite spots.
🚀 Full Throttle (~50A Draw): About 1 hour. Use this sparingly!

💡 PRO TIP: Most 50Ah batteries have a BMS limit of 50A. If you run at max speed for too long, you might trigger the safety shut-off. For all-day tournament fishing or heavy currents, we always recommend stepping up to a 100Ah for that extra peace of mind.
