We are a custom touch display manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. Today, we invite you to take a behind-the-scenes look at our production process and see how we ensure the highest quality for every touch display we manufacture.

Our production journey begins with the assembly of key components, including touch screens and aluminum frames. In this production batch, you can see our 32-inch PCAP touch screens being prepared for assembly.

Next, all touch screens and LCD panels undergo a thorough cleaning process inside our dust-free workshop. This controlled environment helps eliminate dust and contaminants, ensuring superior display performance and product reliability. Once cleaned, the touch screens and LCDs are carefully bonded and assembled.

The products then move to our assembly line, where essential components such as the AD board, inverter, touch controller, and metal enclosure are integrated into the final touch display solution.

Quality is our top priority. After assembly, every touch display is transferred to our aging test room for 100% testing. Here, the monitors undergo a continuous 4-hour high-temperature aging test in an environment ranging from 25°C to 50°C. This rigorous testing process helps verify product stability, durability, and long-term performance before shipment.

Currently, our 40-inch touch display prototype is undergoing a 24-hour high and low temperature reliability test. The testing process includes:

✔ 12 hours at 0°C (low-temperature testing)
✔ 12 hours at 50°C (high-temperature testing)

Throughout the test, the touch display remains powered on and fully operational, allowing us to verify its stability, responsiveness, and durability under extreme temperature conditions.

This strict quality control procedure is applied to all of our touch display samples before they move to the next stage of production. Top One Tech team had an incredible time visiting G2E Asia Macau 2026 on 13 May at The Venetian Macau, reconnecting with industry partners, meeting new clients, and exchanging insights with gaming technology professionals from around the world.

One of the highlights of the exhibition was unexpectedly meeting several long-time industry friends and partners during the event, making the experience even more meaningful. We truly appreciate every discussion, meeting, and opportunity to exchange ideas throughout the show.

This year’s conversations focused heavily on the future of casino gaming hardware, AI-driven gaming technologies, kiosk solutions, and next-generation display systems. Industry discussions revealed several key trends shaping the market:
