From our factory in Shenzhen, China, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what we are producing today.

We are currently manufacturing a batch of 500 units of 19-inch open frame touch monitors, built for industrial and commercial applications.

The process begins with the original AUO 19-inch LCD panels, where our production team carefully applies the plastic frame designed for the 19-inch SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) touchscreen. Alongside this project, you can also see our PCAP touchscreen solutions prepared for other applications.

Once the touchscreen and LCD panels are ready, they are moved into our dust-free workshop, where every component is thoroughly cleaned to ensure perfect display clarity and touch performance.

In parallel, our team is also assembling 32-inch high-brightness outdoor touch monitors, designed with 1000 nits brightness and dual cooling fans, making them ideal for demanding outdoor environments.

After the cleaning process, our technicians proceed with the full monitor assembly, including the touch controller, inverter, AD board, and metal housing integration, ensuring every unit is built to strict quality standards.

Before shipment, every monitor enters our high-temperature aging test room for 100% aging inspection. For this 500-unit order, all 19-inch open frame touch monitors undergo a 4-hour aging test at 45–50°C, helping us verify long-term stability, reliability, and performance.
