On the afternoon of March 3rd, the first domestic industrial-level corrugated digital printing machine Glory1604 held a product conference at the company of domestic paper leading brand Fushan Paper. Glory1604 was researched, developed and manufactured by the Shenzhen Handway Industrial Digital Equipment Co. Ltd., and its birth has broken the monopoly of foreign brands, making the country has a real sense of the industrial-level corrugated digital printing machine.

It is understood that Handway Industry has started the corrugated cardboard digital printing pre-research project as early as 2013, and in 2015, it has comprehensively grasped Single Pass core technology provided with the industrial production capacity. In 2016, Handway's first Glory1604 came out and successfully passed the A / B test. After six months of stable operation, the project has declared to be successful.
Glory1604 is not only the first industrial-level corrugated cardboard digital printing equipment, but also a world-class works. The beginning of a birth in the technology and performance could be compared to the international advanced brands such as BOBST, HP, SUN, EFI and so on. It works with the world's top printing heads manufacturer Kyocera, and the standard configuration using 40 industrial Kyocera printing heads (maximum is up to 56). Using industrial-level Single Pass non-contact printing technology, through 4-color printing, the speed could be up to 150 M / min (490 feet) by 400 * 600 dpi, and the precision of printing is up to 600 * 1200 dpi. The printing quality is far more than international standards. This is also a very intelligent printing machine. It takes less than 1 minute to prepare for the printing time to achieve urgent single-step, etc., can be achieved within 2 minutes for quick order, and with also self-service orders, quick orders, intelligent analysis and intelligent image processing functions. For hardware, it has a step-less adjustment of the vacuum adsorption function. The height of the printing head can be adjusted according to the thickness of corrugated cardboard. 99% of the various market specifications of corrugated cardboard can be completely and perfectly printed. In addition, Glory1604 also comes with corrugated cardboard thickness automatic detection function, not only to ensure the safety of the printing head, but also to improve the production rate.
It is reported that, Glory1604 will be at the China International Corrugated Exhibition (N4 Hall C70 booth, 775 square) to carry out for the first time at Shanghai Pudong New International Expo Center on April 11th. During the exhibition, we can watch the Glory1604 high-speed printing on-site. At the same time, the other two products of Handway Industry, namely one-color single-pass digital printing machine Glory1601 and multiple-pass digital printing machine HighJet2500 will also be on display.
