12.8V 1680Ah Customized Battery Pack Shipped to Malaysia


A customer in Malaysia is currently using a 12.8V 700Ah battery pack composed of Winston 700ah battery cells. The customer wants a larger battery pack capacity to replace the battery pack currently in use.



The customer uses the battery pack on board the ship, and the space to hold the battery pack is limited, so we customized a 12.8V 1680Ah battery pack solution for the customer based on the information provided by the customer about the battery size, charge and discharge current, etc., and provided the battery pack with Designed with waterproof material, this is the largest capacity battery pack available in its size range.

The 12.8V 1680Ah battery pack consists of two 12.8V 840Ah battery packs connected in parallel. The weight of one battery pack is approximately 80kg. The customer's route space for transporting battery packs on the ship is very narrow. Taking into account the actual situation when transporting battery packs, a parallel solution of two battery packs was designed for the customer, so that the battery packs can be transported and installed in narrow passages.



We provide instructions for the battery pack and adjust the parallel parameters before arranging delivery. This ensures that customers can better install and use the battery pack when they receive it.
