Cameron, our client and partner based in New Zealand, placed an order last week. The order consists of 21 units of WB-LYP400Ah Winston batteries, 8 units of 700Ah Winston batteries, and 1 unit of 1000Ah Thunder-sky Winston lithium battery. All are LiFeYPO4 batteries with valid UN38.3 certification.

These batteries are packed in UN-certified standard plywood cases complying with UN38.3 requirements. Each plywood case holds 4 pieces of 400Ah Winston batteries or 4 pieces of WB-LYP700Ah 700Ah Winston battery cells. For the 1000Ah Thundersky Winston WB-LYP1000AHA cells, each case contains 2 units, and all connecting accessories are included inside the plywood case. One case contains only 3 pieces of 400Ah Winston batteries.

In total, there are 7 plywood cases with a gross weight of 598kg. The goods were transported by truck to Shenzhen Port, and will be shipped by sea to Auckland, New Zealand.

We provided the brand new grade A LiFePO4 battery cells with a test report to prove well-balanced battery cells.

The 700Ah Winston LiFePO4 battery cell has an actual capacity greater than 750Ah.

Shipment of Thundersky Winston LiFePO4 Cells to Singapore
We have recently completed the shipment of Thundersky Winston LiFePO4 cells to a new client based in Singapore.

The shipment includes 4 pcs of 3.3V 200Ah TSWB-LYP200AHA and 300Ah TSWB-LYP300AHA cells. These cells will be deployed for the client's new testing projects, supporting stable and reliable operational data collection for their ongoing research and trials.

In terms of packaging, all 8 battery cells were professionally and securely packed into one single carton. The total gross weight of the entire shipment reaches 78 kg, with standardized packaging to ensure safe and damage-free transportation of the lithium cells.

For logistics arrangement, this order was delivered via sea freight under DDP terms, covering full door-to-door shipping services for the client. The estimated total transit time for this shipment to Singapore is approximately 15 days, enabling timely delivery to support the client’s project progress.

We recently delivered 16 Winston 3.2V 100Ah LiFeYPO4 prismatic battery cells, a BMS16T battery management system, and a 2 kW on-board charger (OBC) to a customer in Peru for an electric vehicle (EV) conversion project.

The Winston 3.2V 100Ah (WB-LYP100AHA) LiFeYPO4 cell https://www.evlithium.com/thunder-sky-winston-battery/lifepo4-100ah-b.html features a cycle life of over 5,000 cycles (at 80% DOD) and a maximum continuous charge/discharge rate of 3C, making it an ideal choice for EVs, energy storage, and solar systems. Combined with the BMS16T management system and the 2 kW OBC charger, the customer receives a complete, safe, and reliable battery power system.

The components were packed into cartons, secured onto a pallet with a total weight of 81 kg, and shipped by sea to the Port of Lima.
