This is a typical vacuum casting project we recently completed — a custom ABS enclosure with metal inserts.

We used silicone mold vacuum casting to replicate the part precisely, in matte black ABS that matches the original’s look and feel. The metal inserts were securely embedded during the process, ensuring stable installation for the final assembly.

It’s a great example of how we handle complex housing parts with functional hardware, ideal for low-volume production and prototyping.
