Plastic Granulator Machine Instruction

I. Machine Types and Material Classification

Our plastic granulator series includes plastic film granulators, plastic sheet granulators, designed to process various plastic materials. Classified by material, we have PET granulation and PP/PE/LDPE film granulation. These granulators are highly versatile, suitable for different plastic processing needs in the industry.

II. Feeding Systems

1. Compression Chamber Feeding: The conveyor belt transports the plastic materials directly into the compression chamber. This method is effective for materials with certain shapes and properties, providing a stable feeding process.

2. Force Feeder: For materials that are difficult to feed or require a more precise feeding rate, the Force Feeder can be used. It exerts pressure to ensure a continuous and even supply of materials into the granulation process, enhancing production efficiency.

III. Main Structure and Working Process

1. Extruder Machine: Once the materials enter through the feeding system, they reach the Extruder Machine. Here, the plastic materials are heated and melted. The extruder plays a crucial role in plasticizing the materials, preparing them for the next granulation steps.

2. Die Head and Granulation: After being melted in the extruder, the plastic melt passes through the die head. There are two main granulation methods:
