A stronger factory starts with better details.
On April 25, 2026, LIBLIK Tires completed a production line upgrade at our Weifang facility, focusing on three key areas: tire quality, production continuity, and factory safety.
The upgrade includes new rubber mixing equipment, bladder curing systems, fire protection improvements, backup power support, and exhaust gas collection support during tire vulcanization.
For tire manufacturing, every process matters. More uniform rubber mixing helps improve compound consistency. Better curing stability helps support tire airtightness and finished product quality. Reliable backup power helps keep essential systems running when city power is interrupted.
This upgrade is part of LIBLIK Tires’ continued effort to build a more stable and responsible manufacturing process for motorcycle tires, scooter tires, off-road tires, commercial tires, quad bike tires, inner tubes, and related specialty tire products.
