Agricultural drone users often assume that increasing the spray volume will automatically improve pest and disease control. In reality, applying more liquid does not always produce better results. Excessive spray volume can cause runoff from the leaves, wasting chemicals and increasing production costs. It may also increase the risk of environmental contamination.
