How Does an LNG Regasification Skid Work?

The operating principle of an LNG regasification skid is as follows: it uses a v***rizer to absorb external heat, converting liquid natural gas at -162°C into a gaseous state, and subsequently ensures a stable output via a pressure regulation and control system.

A complete skid-mounted system typically comprises the following components:

Immersion liquid-cooled EV charging-Bluesky

Immersion liquid-cooled EV charging stations are an advanced charging technology. Their working principle involves completely immersing key heat-generating components, such as charging cables and connectors, in a coolant with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity, achieving efficient and direct heat dissipation.

The key aspects can be summarized as follows:
Heat Generation: During ultra-high power charging (e.g., 600A and above), the current passing through the conductors inside the charging cable and charging gun generates enormous heat, making the cable and charging gun the primary heat sources.

Direct Immersion Heat Dissipation: This is the core of the technology. The entire charging gun's cable tip, internal conductors, and even parts of the power module are completely immersed in a sealed coolant tank or coolant circulation pipe. These coolants are engineering-grade insulating coolants (such as mineral oil, fluorinated liquids, etc.), which are non-conductive, non-flammable, and chemically stable.

Heat Transfer: The heat generated by the heat-generating components is directly transferred to the coolant.

Circulating Cooling: The heated coolant is driven by a pump and flows in a closed circulation system, carrying heat to an external heat exchanger.

Heat dissipation: In the external heat exchanger, the heat from the coolant is transferred to the secondary cooling circuit (water cooling system) or dissipated directly into the air by a fan blowing air through the radiator, thus cooling it down. The cooled coolant is then pumped back to cool the heat-generating components, forming a highly efficient closed-loop cooling cycle.

How to install an EV charging station-BlueSky

1. Prepare these tools
Use a flathead screwdriver to pry these latches open.
Remove the cover plate of the base with a screwdriver.
Use a wrench to unscrew all the screws on the base.
2. Cement pier drilling
Mark four drilling positions on the surface of the cement pier.
Length: 702, Width: 325
Drill 4 holes at the marked points.
Install four expansion screws and reserve 50mm-80mm.
3. Forklift installation method
The forklift lifts the charging station from the front.
Keep the base hole and expansion screw consistent.
4. Crane installation method
Thread the suspension rope through the front ofthe base.
Pay attention to keeping it steady and slow.
Thread the suspension rope through the front of the base.
Tighten the fixing nuts in sequence.
5. Install power wiring
Remove the acrylic board protective cover.
Connect all wires and tighten the fixing screws.
Install an acrylic sheet protective cover.
Install all base cover plates to complete the installation.

Bluesky Urea Dispenser

To reduce nitrogen oxide (NOₓ) emissions from diesel vehicles, an SCR system injects automotive urea solution into the exhaust pipe. This solution reacts with the exhaust gases via a catalytic reaction, converting NOₓ into harmless nitrogen and water v***r, thus meeting environmental emission standards.

Bluesky urea dispensers are used to precisely and conveniently replenish automotive urea solution for diesel vehicle SCR systems.

Main Structure and Features
Reservoir: Stores automotive urea solution. Made of stainless steel or high-density polyethylene to prevent corrosion and contamination. Bluesky can customize integrated urea dispenser and reservoir systems.

Dispensing nozzle and Hose: The dispensing gun is made of stainless steel, and the hose is resistant to urea corrosion.

Electrical Control System: Includes a display screen, keyboard, RFID reader, flow meter, etc., enabling functions such as quantitative dispensing, amount calculation, IC card payment, and data recording.

ATG System: Real-time monitoring of urea solution levels in the storage tank, with warnings for both low and high levels.

DC Charging Installation Process

Power Connection Installation
An independent electricity meter will be installed by the power grid or a qualified team. Three-phase cables will be led from the meter to the EV charging distribution box. The cables must be protected by galvanized steel pipes or PVC pipes, with a burial depth of ≥0.7m for underground installations.
Air switches, residual current devices (RCDs), and surge protectors will be installed in the distribution box. Wiring must strictly distinguish between live wires (L1/L2/L3), neutral wires (N), and ground wires (PE), preventing incorrect or missing connections.

EV Charging Fixed Installation
Column-type Installation: Pour a concrete foundation (according to the charging pile installation dimensions), pre-embed anchor bolts, and fix the charging pile column after the foundation has cured, then install the charging pile body.

Cable Connection and Debugging: Connect the output cable of the distribution box to the Charging cable according to the markings, tighten the terminals, and ensure the grounding resistance is ≤4Ω (tested with a grounding resistance tester).

Before powering on, check the insulation of the lines. After powering on, test the charging pile's start-up, display screen, and charging gun plug/unplug functions, simulating the charging process to confirm there are no faults or errors.

High-Flow Fuel Dispenser

The 200-350L/min high-flow fuel dispenser is an industrial-grade high-flow fuel dispensing device, mainly used for the rapid delivery of fuel to tank trucks, large vehicles, and ships.

For example, a truck with a 600L fuel tank can be filled in approximately 3 minutes using a 200L/min dispenser; a regular dispenser would take more than 10 minutes.
