The key differentiating factor between the heat-sealing & heat-cutting bag making machine and the heat-sealing & cold-cutting bag making machine lies in the cutter. Both machines utilize tube film to manufacture plastic bags, and they are equally capable of producing high-quality bags.

In the heat sealing and cutting process, the sealing knife and cutting knife work in unison, ensuring a seamless and efficient production cycle. By utilizing high temperature heating, both knives deliver exceptional sealing and cutting performance. The end result is a t-shirt bag with a stronger bottom, making it the ideal choice for supermarket applications.

The heat-sealing and cold-cutting bag making machine consists of separate sealing and cutting knives. Typically, the sealing knife is positioned in the middle of the machine, while the cutting knife is located at the front. The sealing knife operates by heating to high temperatures, whereas the cutting knife is physically shortened, resembling the principle of scissors, hence the term "cold-cut" bag making machine. However, the sealing knife of the cold cutting machine can be designed on both sides. One side features a double sealing line for producing t-shirt bags, while the other side has a single sealing line for manufacturing flat bags.

If the sole purpose is to produce t-shirt bags, the heat-sealing and cutting bag-making machine would be the preferred choice.
