ST4: Final Assembly: Manual Clinching of Upper Brackets in Washing Machine Cabinet
In this video, we demonstrate the final step in the washing machine cabinet assembly process: manual clinching. Using manual clinching tooling, we join the cabinet body obtained from the third process with the upper L & R brackets on both sides. Each side can have six or more clinching points based on customer requirements. This method, similar to the previous step, is more economical and suitable for customers with lower production pace demands. With this step completed, the cabinet assembly is fully constructed and ready for the final washing machine assembly process.
