China's plastic formwork has experienced more than 30 years, there are many kinds of them, but the quality in market is different from each factories, here are two simple tests to detect plastic building templates performance:

1. Test the deformation and laying of formwork in summer. place in 70 degrees of hot water for 5 minutes, and then take out.Use your hand to pull the mold to see if the mold is softened, if softening the sheet is not available.

2. Test nail cracking and demoulding rupture phenomenon of formwork in winter: take the sample placed in the refrigerator minus 10 degrees, placed for 24 hours, remove, then use a nail to nail 10mm away from the side of the mold to see if the template is cracked. If the template is cracked, it will not be available in winter.

Above are two simple tests, if your templates can not reach the above two test requirements, it is recommended not to buy.
