Small order does not always mean simple sourcing.
The garment quantity may be flexible, but fabric, dyeing, zippers or special trims can still have upstream MOQ requirements.
The earlier these limits are clear, the easier it is to decide whether to keep the original material, adjust the color, or approve a suitable alternative.
Ask about material MOQ before fixing the garment quantity.

Complex styles need more than a quick sewing price.
Fabric, lining, trims, handwork and construction can all change the real production cost and development path.
We prefer to review those points first, so the quotation is based on a workable solution—not only the lowest number.
Send the style details before comparing only the unit price.

Why do we not say “yes” immediately to every Tech Pack?
Because the drawing, measurement chart, BOM and written notes may not always agree. If the conflict is not clarified first, the first sample may answer the wrong question.
Production questions raised before sampling can reduce unnecessary revisions and make the first sample more useful.
Comment CHECKLIST for the review points.

The drawcord works once. But will it keep working as intended?
Repeated adjustment can reveal twisting, slippage or stress around the exit point that is not visible during a single check.
Review the cord path, adjuster, reinforcement and repeated operation—not only the presence of the feature.
Which functional detail would you check next?

One beautiful embellished sample is not enough.
When hand-applied details are repeated, placement, spacing and inside attachment can vary from piece to piece.
Compare several garments together, use one approved positioning guide and check both the outside appearance and inside finishing before bulk approval.
Save this before approving embellished production.

The first piece passed. Can the line still drift later?
Yes—fabric-roll changes, operator changes and machine-setting adjustments can affect workmanship after production has already started.
Inline QC helps compare later pieces with the approved standard before one deviation is repeated across the batch.
Where would you place the next checkpoint?

Will this lightweight edge stay flat after washing?
A narrow hem may look clean after sewing and pressing, but fabric behavior, hem
width and stitch balance can affect whether the edge remains flat or becomes
wavy later.
The finish should be reviewed on the actual fabric and under the intended care
conditions before bulk approval.
Which result would you approve—A or B?

A jacket can fit while standing and still fail during movement.
Arm lifting, reaching forward or wearing an extra layer can reveal pulling at
the shoulder, restriction through the back or excessive hem lift.
Functional fit should be checked in the movement scenarios the garment is
designed for—not only in a static pose.
Would you approve this fit without a movement check?

One small first-piece error can become a bulk-production problem.
Before the line gains volume, seam allowance, topstitch position, component
placement and workmanship should be compared with the approved standard.
The goal is not to find defects at the end. It is to correct the production
setting before the same deviation is repeated.
Save this before bulk production starts.

Why does a hem twist even when the stitching looks clean?

The cause may begin at cutting. If a lightweight woven panel is cut off-grain,
the garment may hang unevenly and the side seam may rotate after assembly.

Checking the pattern grainline and first cut panels before bulk cutting helps
identify the risk early.

Save this before your next cutting approval.
