LONGi’s Wuhu production base has officially achieved Level 4 certification under the Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model (CMMM), making it the first PV module factory in the industry to reach this level, the highest currently attained in China.

Covering 15 key manufacturing domains, including supply chain procurement, equipment O&M, energy management, health and safety, environmental protection, and logistics distribution, the certification validates the site's end-to-end operational excellence.

LONGi reported H1 2026 revenue of RMB 27.045 billion, with BC module sales surging 125% year-on-year to 19.55 GW.

BC now accounts for more than 65% of total module shipments, and overseas module revenue share has climbed above 65%. The company also signed over 3 GWh of energy storage orders while maintaining a strong cash position of RMB 48.6 billion.

As the industry works through a cyclical trough, LONGi is strengthening its long-term value through differentiated BC technology, solar-storage synergy, and global brand trust.

For chemical manufacturers, production safety is non-negotiable. Deploying solar on delicate TPO flexible membranes introduces strict demands, particularly zero water pe*******on and chemical-grade fire prevention.

LONGi Hi ROOF T resolves these challenges via non-penetrating hot-melt bonding, fusing mounting bases directly to the roof membrane to eliminate leak risks at the source. Engineered with robust fire safety, typhoon-tested wind resilience, and high-efficiency HPBC 2.0 technology, the system will deliver a projected 19.26 million kWh over 25 years.

400 meters of solder ribbons. 15,000 solder points.

That is what traditional module interconnection looks like under the surface, creating points of electrical loss and mechanical stress.

With our Integrated Conductive Backsheet Technology, we took a fundamentally different approach for our BC modules. Instead of connecting cells point by point, we combine the rear-side encapsulant film, conductive metal foil, and backsheet into a single material.

The result is lower cell stress, higher power output, enhanced long-term reliability and a seamless, full-black appearance completely free of front busbars.

Early on a Sunday morning, the Tiergarten in Berlin belongs to the runners. After a while, you start to recognise them. 🏃

A first-time runner goes by a little too fast, still catching up with a decision he made in a moment of courage. Somewhere between those first sore weeks and now, what once felt intimidating has become the best part of their Sunday.

One runner coming back from injury follows at a careful, steady pace, counting every pain-free kilometre as a win. After a spring spent watching other people run, this morning he has already reached 14 km.

A parent runs with one eye on the watch, fitting in a training run before the morning rush begins.

Two friends have never run a kilometre without each other. They pass by deep in a conversation that seems to have no finish line. On the hard days, they slow down for whoever needs it most.

Further ahead, another runner is chasing a personal best, measured in a number that matters deeply to him: 90 seconds. He has done the maths: just over two seconds faster per kilometre. It may sound small, but that difference is what keeps him going.

They don't know each other, but each of them got up that morning when staying in bed would have been easier. On 27 September, the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2026 will bring these stories to the finish line on Straße des 17. Juni, .
