Century egg, is one kind of preserved eggs, also called thousand-year egg.
It was invented by Chinese people from Han dynasty. It is one kind of very unique food, with special flavor, which can promote our appetite.
Century egg is not only a delicacy, but also with medicinal value. According to Wang Shixiong's "Living with the Rest Diet", "Century egg tastes pungent, astringent, sweet and salty. 注意事项:松花蛋不宜与甲鱼、李子、红糖同食。用法用量:食用松花蛋应配以姜末和醋解毒;松花蛋最好蒸煮后食用。不宜长时间存放在冰箱里。
