2-Ton Floor-Mounted Jib Crane Ready for Shipment to the USA
Another crane project is ready to go! 📦
On August 20, we completed the production, inspection, and packing of a 2-ton BZD floor-mounted jib crane for a new customer in the United States.
The customer first contacted us in June with their lifting requirements. After learning more about the application, our sales and engineering teams worked together to recommend a suitable crane configuration and prepare the technical proposal.

In addition to the crane itself, we also optimized the packing and shipping plan to help reduce overall logistics costs and lead time.

10 custom polyurethane guide rollers are heading to Morocco!
These aren't off-the-shelf parts — each set was built to the client's exact specs, with high-strength cast iron cores wrapped in wear-resistant PU lagging. Before they left the factory, every unit went through full inspection: concentricity, load-bearing wear resistance, surface finish, and even tensile testing on the PU-to-cast-iron bond. All results came in above the agreed technical requirements.
Packed in export-standard wooden cases and shipped out from our domestic port — ready for some serious heavy-duty work in filtration equipment.
