After receiving the client’s factory photos and layout, we identified that the facility lacked the necessary structural support for a standard overhead crane installation. To address this, we proposed two options: a gantry crane and a bridge crane supported by a steel structure.

Following technical discussions, the client selected the bridge crane solution. Based on the workshop drawings, we engineered a low-headroom single girder design to maximize the available lifting height within the limited space.

Additionally, the crane is equipped with two hoists, enabling both synchronized lifting and independent operation, providing greater flexibility for handling different loads.
