Adsorption or thermal oxidation? Here's how plants actually choose. βοΈ
For low, steady VOC loads, activated carbon adsorption is usually the smarter pick β low running cost, no flame, easy to retrofit into existing ductwork.
For high-concentration, continuous streams, thermal oxidation (e.g. RTO) destroys VOCs and recovers heat, but at higher capex.
Condensers suit recoverable solvents β you save the material itself.
At Yuanfang EP we size the system to your gas profile. For most low-to-mid concentration exhaust, our activated carbon adsorbers are the workhorse β safe, modular and low opex.
Tell us your concentration & flow β we'll map the route.
