We're proud to support our customer by designing, engineering, and delivering an end-to-end soybean processing production line, which is set to begin operations by the end of 2026.

With an investment of approximately USD 150 million, the project features a 6000 TPD soybean crushing line and a 1200 TPD refining line. The facility is expected to process 1.8 million tons of oilseeds annually, strengthening regional processing capabilities and contributing to food security.

In a recent 5,000 TPD soybean processing project, Myande's E-Type Extractor helped the customer recover up to 8 additional tons of vegetable oil per day by consistently reducing residual oil in soybean meal to below 0.5%.

What sets this facility apart is its sustainability-driven design, embedded from the ground up.

By adopting advanced 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, it significantly reduces reliance on chemical reagents. Its 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 achieves COD levels below 80 mg/L, meeting the highest national discharge standards.

At the same time, air emissions (including VOCs) are strictly controlled and treated to levels exceeding regulatory requirements, ensuring a reduced environmental footprint.

To further enhance resource efficiency, valuable components such as phospholipids and Vitamin E are effectively recovered, supporting a more circular and low-carbon production model.
