Continuous fluidized bed drying production Line

In a piece of equipment, granular materials are placed on the distribution plate inside the equipment. When gas is introduced into the material layer through the distribution plate from the lower part of the equipment, as the gas flow velocity increases to the critical velocity, the solid particles on the distribution plate present a boiling state. This phenomenon is called fluidization, and the moisture content of the materials can be continuously and gradually reduced to a qualified level.
Scope of application: Continuous drying, calcination and cooling processes for wet solid raw materials; for example, in the case of lysine, combined with a continuous spray fluidized bed pelletizing and granulating production line, a complete set of solutions for the combination of high and low lysine contents is provided.
Different materials have distinct characteristics, so a well-designed equipment composition and operating process can be formulated. For instance, the front section of fluidized bed drying can adopt a vibrating bed form; all or part of the drying inlet air used is the return air from the rear section of fluidized bed drying; and there are split-type or integrated fluidized beds available.

Y-LW Continuous spray fluidized bed pelletizing and granulating production Line

Masterbatch (seed crystals, solid raw materials) enters the fluidized bed through the feeding system. Hot process air is introduced at the bottom of the fluidized bed, causing the masterbatch to form a fluidized state on the air distribution screen of the fluidized bed. The material liquid is sprayed in through the spray gun on the bed body, and "coating" and "agglomeration" granulation are carried out on the masterbatch, so as to realize the functions of continuous pelletizing, granulation, drying and coating.
Scope of application: Processes for continuously obtaining solid particles, micro-pellets, and continuous crystallization from liquid materials; processes for continuously producing particles from powdery raw materials; and coating processes with different release rates.
According to the specific requirements of raw materials and finished products from customers, the specific configuration composition will be adjusted, and we have developed our own eighth-generation technology.
