To meet the high-efficiency freezing requirements of whole chicken deep processing, MOON-TECH delivers a centralized air blast freezing solution powered by an R717/NH₃ ammonia pump circulation system.

The project integrates two-stage screw compressor units, evaporative condensers, HERMETIC ammonia pumps, CABERO evaporators, and Moon-Tech intelligent control systems, providing stable refrigeration for 7 ABF freezing rooms with flexible operation, phased production, and convenient maintenance.

Designed for whole chicken products, the system achieves a freezing target of -18°C core temperature with ABF room conditions reaching -35°C, ensuring product quality, energy efficiency, and reliable cold chain performance.
