WHY USE BIO-BASE STRENGTH AGENTS(FOR GASKET SHEET MATERIALS)?

REASON C: Cause Tg(Glass Transition Temp)NBR is low, it will be easy to get problem in dry process of gasket materials prodcution, with papermaking process, like layering problem.
BIO-BASE STRENGTH AGENTS GT CRA-1503 make sure water can go out in dry part, and imporving Interlay Bonding Strength of materials.
In China, some of gasket materials manufacturers dying gasket materials by sun light in yard. With GT CRA-1503, dry part can be added in production machine. That will imporve production efficiency and product quality sure.

Papermaking Process making Compressed Fiber Gasket Sheet Materials is in water-containing dispersion system, with paper machine to mix water, NBR latex, fibers, filler and auxiliary chemicals into system, gradually dehydrated into a layer on a water-permeable conveyor, and then compressed and dried to produce an environmentally friendly gasket material.
With papermaking porcess, there are advantages as follow:
(1) The papermaking process has high production efficiency;
(2) Performance of gasket sheet materials produced by papermaking process is more stable and premium;
(3) Papermaking process has less pollution, without organic solvents.
