The project utilizes skid-mounted modular design and makes site-specific adjustments in combination with the material conditions. The production line is with little site constraints and strong processing capacity to meet the high-quality demand for renovation waste disposal. The good performance of trial operation will provide a new solution sample for the disposal of construction and renovation waste in Nanjing.
Overview of the construction and renovation waste sorting project:
Raw material: Construction and renovation waste
Capacity: 50-70m³/h
Configuration: medium plate feeding module + trommel screening module + ladder screening module + manual sorting room module + horizontal air separation module + recycled aggregate crushing module + iron remover + belt conveyor
In addition to the conventional processes such as feeding, light and heavy materials separating, manual sorting and wind sorting, this construction and renovation waste sorting project also added a module for making recycled aggregates from inorganic materials. After the equipment and manual sorting, the inorganic materials (concrete blocks, bricks, gravel, etc.) obtained in the process can be transformed into recycled aggregates of different grades. The sorted wood, metal and other valuable materials will enter the renewable resources recycling system; paper, cloth, plastic bags, etc. into the domestic waste incineration power plant, and the slag into the construction waste landfill, ultimately realizing the construction renovation waste reduction, harmless, resource treatment.
