How to tackle the following five sticky problems confronting sand making industry?
Urbanization has promoted the rapid development of infrastructure and expanded a large market of gravel aggregate. Gravel aggregate of high quality has won the favor of the public in construction industry. Driven by the considerable profits in sand making industry, an increasing number of people have trod the boards. Consequently, the production capacity has grown by a wide margin.
However, the large capacity cannot conceal the fact that manufactured sand is developing in an extensive way. Now, the sand making industry is plagued by five problems and they are:
1. High cost and Low profit
Compared with river sand, Superior manufactured sand can ensure the quality of buildings. In the past, the stable and low price was an advantage of manufactured sand. However, the increased cost of material and human resources as well as the more intensified efforts our government has made on environment protection have resulted in higher input cost and operational cost of manufactured sand. What’s worse, the extensive development mode as well as dereliction of supervision and control of manufactured sand have accounted for the worsening market environment in which all kinds of costs have grown by a wide margin, prices are on the decline and net profits decreased.

2.Big investment and Complex process
The traditional production line of gravel, always adopting two sections even three sections, is featured by high cost and complex process. It may cost customers several millions. The more production processes are increased, the larger the investment and operational cost will be.
