🌬️ On the vast grasslands of Inner Mongolia, the Ajtai decentralized wind project in Sonid Right Banner, supported by core wind turbines ⚙️ and technical expertise 💡 from hashtag Zhuzhou Institute, has achieved an impressive 5,006 annual full-load equivalent operating hours ⏱️📈.
The project adopts a “decentralized development, local consumption” model 🔄, delivering green power directly to nearby townships ⚡🌱. By reducing the need for voltage step-up and long-distance transmission, this approach effectively minimizes power losses and allows clean energy to directly benefit local communities 🏡.
In terms of ecological protection ♻️, the project has consistently followed the principles of “low-impact development” and “immediate restoration” from design through construction 💓. Measures such as point-based land use (strict control of construction areas) and rapid vegetation recovery 🌾 after installation have helped achieve a balanced integration of wind power development and grassland ecosystem protection 🍃.

That's what our turbines had to survive.
🌐 The Arkalyk Wind Farm in Kostanay Oblast, Kazakhstan sits at 50°N latitude — one of the coldest operational environments on Earth. Five months of annual snowfall. An average yearly temperature of just 5.8°C. A historical extreme low that breaks most conventional engineering assumptions.
🏞️ When PowerChina Chengdu Engineering Corporation awarded us the turbine supply contract for this 50 MW project, we committed to purpose-engineering a solution — not adapting an existing one.
🎁 Our answer: 8 units of the WT6250D185H107, with every critical system — gearbox, generator, control, and lubrication — cold-tested in the laboratory against the site's recorded extreme before a single component left our facility.
🔋 On December 22, 2025, all 8 turbines achieved full-capacity grid connection. The Arkalyk project now sits on the China–Kazakhstan Capacity and Investment Cooperation Priority Projects List.
25-year design lifespan.

🌏 Vietnam's Gia Lai Province sits at 415–500 metres elevation and receives 80–95% relative humidity year-round.
For wind turbine electronics, that is not just a challenge — it is a continuous gauntlet of condensation, lightning, and heat.

🔗 When CRRC Zhuzhou Institute deployed 14 units of the WT3300D160H140 wind turbine across the Shuang'an Wind Farm — Vietnam's first CRRC overseas complete-unit project, with a total installed capacity of 46.2 MW — our engineers designed specifically for these conditions:
✔️ Anti-condensation cabinet design — moisture-resistant enclosures that protect electronics under high-humidity exposure
✔️ Micro-positive pressure system — continuous internal air pressure that prevents saturated outside air from entering sensitive components
✔️ Active dehumidification — real-time moisture management across all critical systems
✔️ 140-metre hub height — reaching stronger, more consistent winds above the low-wind-speed surface layer in a region averaging 6.2 m/s

👏 The result: an annual generation capacity of approximately 120 million kWh — exceeding the project's original performance projections.

♻️ That is approximately 100,000 tonnes of CO₂ avoided every year — the equivalent of planting roughly 5.5 million trees.

🚢 On July 11, 2022, a cargo vessel named "YU CHANG" departed Yangjiang Port.

🌈 Onboard: the first batch of wind turbine equipment for the Shuang'an Wind Farm in Vietnam — CRRC Zhuzhou Institute's very first overseas complete-unit wind power export order.

♻️ That departure marked more than a logistics milestone. It was the beginning of a commitment: to deliver reliable green energy across borders, to earn trust through technology, and to build something lasting in every community we enter.

🔨 From the tropical highlands of Vietnam's Gia Lai Province, where humidity never drops below 80%, to the frozen steppes of Kazakhstan's Kostanay Oblast, where winters last five months and temperatures plunge to -48°C — our turbines have now proven themselves across two of the world's most demanding climate frontiers.
