The screw press is mainly used for thickening and dewatering of pulp so that the consistency of pulp could reach a higher concentration after dehydration. The pulp enters screw and then is pushed forward by the rotating screw allowing the filtrate is squeezed out due to the reducing of this closed space at the same time the accept is discharged at the end of the screw.

The Yunda High Consistency Reaction Tower Discharger enables uniform discharge of pulp after completion of the chemical reaction inside the reaction tower. The pulp passes through a bottom agitator equipped with dilution water, while additional dilution water is introduced around the tower wall. After uniform dilution, the system ensures consistent downward flow of pulp across all horizontal sections at the same height inside the tower.
The diluted pulp is then discharged into the medium-consistency vertical pipe and pumped to the downstream process.
