After several sneak peeks last month it’s time to reveal our latest project in Lake Hamilton at Hot Springs, Arkansas. Actually under construction by Top Notch, the Fleischner Cottage is a restoration project of a gorgeous Mid Century-Modern structure from 1968 that was damaged by a tornado earlier this year. Our work was to bring it back to life saving the interior layout and the pinewood walls with a carefully curated interior design. We added some vaulted ceilings, new lights, a gorgeous bathroom, picture windows and a cozy outdoor lounge to create family memories in every season of the year. The original structure was laser scanned to develop a building information model that brought to life our vision with professional renderings and a full construction documents sheet set. It seems to be a small project but we went the whole nine yards to please our clients with a design masterpiece they are very happy to enjoy soon. I’ll share more pictures as construction progress and we hope to take the final pictures once completed next Summer!
