Its always nice to receive good recomendations from our clients. Here is one from a job we did in 2024 in SRE Atenas.

A few months ago my wife and I moved to Costa Rica from the United States and started looking for a Contractor who could handle a substantial remodel of the home we had purchased.

As Expats with a limited ability to communicate in Spanish we were not only concerned about finding a Contractor who was reliable, we were equally concerned with finding someone that we could freely communicate with.

Fortunately we received a referral to Legault Construction. The owner Sebastien is bilingual, which eliminated our concerns regarding communication. Ultimately, based upon both the professional manner in which his proposal addressed our concerns and its reasonable price, we decided to hire Legault Construction to perform the work.

As the work began we were excited to learn that Sebastien’s crew were equally professional. In fact the quality of their work exceeded our expectations, while their friendly attitude made us very happy we had hired Legault Constuction to perform the work.

Sebastien came by frequently throughout the process to monitor the work. Meanwhile his Foreman who was onsite every day also did an excellent job of addressing our needs and was extremely pleasant to work with.

We were also delighted with the way in which his crew went the extra mile to protect our
existing furnishings and would clean up the workplace at the end of each day.

Any change orders we requested to expand the original scope were fairly priced and performed in a timely manner.

As a result we can truthfully state that our experience with Legualt Construction was extremely satisfactory. Which is why we have no hesitation in referring Sebastien and his company to anyone seeking a friendly and professional contractor. SRE residents
