// We are pleased to share our completed project of the office for Termo Tim d.o.o.

Our long-standing collaboration with the Termo Tim d.o.o. team is built on trust, continuity, and a shared understanding of quality – both in design and ex*****on. This kind of relationship allows each new project to go a step further than the previous one.
This time, we had the opportunity to shape a workspace that reflects the company’s core expertise in thermotechnical installations – precise, rational, and highly functional, yet contemporary and comfortable for everyday use.
What adds particular value to this project is the established trust with the ownership structure, which allowed us a high level of freedom in interpreting space and detailing.
Grateful for another successful realization and looking forward to future collaborations.

// TERRA //
// 2021-2025.
// 4085m2

The Terra housing project was a unique challenge. Our task was to find a new visual identity, in good proportion, from the project on the basis of which the building permit was obtained, design the details of the facade, define its materialization, while leaving the dimensions of the object, the openings on the facade, and the surfaces unchanged.
Trying to achieve dynamics and keep harmony of full and empty surfaces (walls and openings) through the play of shallow profiles in stone with carefully worked out details of all openings on the facade, we achieved a controlled rhythm of light and shadow. Randomly arranged openings and fixed wings enhance the effect of play on the facade.
The color of the steel and aluminum profiles, as well as the changing rhythm of the smooth and vertically ribbed stone texture, form an important element of the overall impression of the facade composition.
The cascading terraces on the rear facade, with the rhythm of the fence made of vertical steel profiles, achieve the necessary symmetry and proportion in addition to their protective role.
Special attention was paid to the interior of the internal common areas: entrance area, staircase, gym and spa center.

// Inka studio:
The interior design of "Ložionica" preserves the concept of a hidden, continuous flow, emphasizing multifunctionality and spatial openness.

The radially zoned layout consists of three distinct yet interconnected units. The central zone houses exhibition spaces, creative hubs, workshops, classrooms, and meeting rooms. A striking yellow steel gallery, inserted between preserved concrete frames, reflects the contrast between historical heritage and contemporary design. Light, glazed segments ensure openness and visibility of the authentic structure.

The multifunctional "Black Box" hall, connected to the entrance, accommodates various cultural events—from theatre and cinema to concerts and conferences-thanks to its adaptable stage and audience configuration.

The third unit, the Food & Beverage hall, maintains visual continuity through transparency and a yellow gallery extension. Materials remain exposed, installations integrated into the design, with a gray palette accented by steel elements. Gabion details and modular exhibition systems reinforce Ložionica's industrial authenticity and flexibility.
