Meet ConstructPro - how we are transforming workforce management on our construction sites.

At A&A Apostolides, managing attendance, working hours, and daily activity across multiple active worksites has always been a complex operational challenge. Paper logs, spreadsheets, and manual reporting created delays, inaccuracies, and limited visibility for our teams.

Through our collaboration with D.G.Techlink Ltd, we developed ConstructPro - a smart digital platform that gives our site managers and administrators a single, real-time tool to log attendance, assign tasks, track project progress, and generate payroll-ready reports automatically.
The results speak for themselves: faster payroll processing, reduced administrative overhead, and full visibility across all our sites from one dashboard.

This project was made possible through the Innovation Vouchers Programme of the Ίδρυμα Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας/ Research and Innovation Foundation, and we are proud to be among the Cypriot construction companies embracing digital transformation.

The project INNOVOUCHERS/0725/0049 was funded by the Research and Innovation Foundation, under the Innovation Vouchers Programme and through the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the NextGenerationEU instrument.
