Mluvit před kamerou a do mikrofonu? Upřímně dost mimo mou introvertní komfortní zónu🤭

Ale co bolí, to sílí. Pro mě osobně to byla zkušenost hlavně v tom, jak rychle reagovat, formulovat myšlenky a nebýt „perfektní“.

V podcastu jsme otevřeli témata, která podle mě řeší většina majitelů firem, ale málo se o nich mluví:

🔸 Proč „důkaz místo slibů“ dramaticky zvyšuje šanci na zakázku
🔸 Jak zkrátit vývoj z let na měsíce
🔸 Kde je budoucnost v elektromobilitě
🔸 Proč investor může z počátku firmu zpomalit místo zrychlit

Nejsou tu žádné univerzální návody na to, jak má nebo nemá co fungovat. Spíš sdílení nápadů a zkušeností, které můžou někomu rezonovat.

Prototype works. But does the system?
Motor spins. Inverter responds. The demo looks convincing.
And still—most electric-drive projects don’t fail here.
They fail later.

Not because a component breaks,
but because the system was never truly tested under:
• real load
• thermal stress
• edge-case conditions

That’s when integration problems show up—after architecture decisions are already considered “done”.
And that’s the worst moment to find out.

Failing early is uncomfortable.
