Za všechny v G&G bych rád poděkoval všem spolupracovníkům, obchodním partnerům a přátelům. 🤝

V roce 2025 se nám společnými silami podařilo zrealizovat úspěšné dodávky nejen do České a Slovenské republiky, ale naše technologie slouží svým majitelům v Rakousku, Německu, Švédsku, Francii, Bulharsku, Rumunsku, Maďarsku, Španělsku, Maroku, Argentině, Turecku, Slovinsku a dalších zemích.

Nelehkým úkolem byla kompletní změna ve výrobním závodě, a to převážně ve vedení, struktuře a organizaci. Odpojením vagónů s přidřenými koly se naše souprava nyní pohybuje rychleji a efektivněji.

Rok 2026 pro nás bude dalším, který přinese zajímavé výzvy, a to jak v zajímavých projektech, ve zvýšení výrobních kapacit, tak v uvedení nových výrobků na trh. Již nyní se na něj těšíme.

We delivered a full exhaust solution for cutting wide steel slabs using plasma torches. The process generates significant smoke, dust, and fumes, which without proper extraction would degrade air quality, impact operator health, and lead to deposit formation on equipment.

The system captures fumes directly via an extraction duct positioned below the cutting line. Coarse particulates are separated in a Hardox cyclone, and fine dust is filtered by a Jet BAG unit with automatic pulse-jet regeneration. Airflow is driven by a radial fan controlled via a frequency inverter, allowing energy-efficient and stable performance matched to production load.

Two complete systems were installed, ensuring clean operations, healthier conditions for personnel, and prolonged equipment lifetime.

We delivered a targeted ventilation system for wood chip storage, designed to maintain material quality and create a safe, hygienic environment.

The solution features a Flat WOOD filtration unit with an antistatic filter medium and explosion relief membranes to safely vent pressure outside in case of an incident. The system also includes a B‑Flap backdraft damper and rotary valve for safe discharge, ensuring robust separation of potentially hazardous dust.

Designed for high-humidity environments, the filter housing and hopper are thermally insulated to prevent condensation and extend equipment lifespan. A discharge screw in the hopper prevents material bridging, while the extraction fan—housed in an acoustic enclosure—reduces noise around the storage area. This complete setup ensures reliable, safe, and long‑term ventilation that balances operational safety with high filtration effectiveness.

We supplied and installed a comprehensive welding fume extraction system designed to ensure a clean and safe environment in welding workshops.

The system centers on a Jet BAG filtration unit with automatic compressed-air bag regeneration, maintaining stable performance and extended filter life. A spark separator positioned upstream protects filters from damage and reduces fire risk. Adjustable extraction arms deliver targeted capture at each welding point, while automatic dampers and a frequency-inverter-controlled extraction fan optimize energy use and adapt to current workload.

Collected dust and fumes are conveniently handled in a 50-liter dust bin, designed for quick replacement and minimal downtime.

We implemented an extraction system tailored for handling fine, dry sawdust generated during log grinding—a material known for its fire hazard and airborne dispersion. Our solution includes built-in extraction at the grinding tables that directs dust downward into ductwork, ensuring immediate capture at the source. The core filtration is handled by a Vibro BAG unit, with automatic regeneration via a vibration motor, maintaining consistent suction and long filter life. Submitted dust is collected in easily handled containers secured with pneumatic clamps.

A notable feature is the indoor design: the unit is open — allowing clean air to be returned to the hall without heat loss — and the fan is located inside to reduce noise. Extraction is also energy-efficient, thanks to frequency-inverter control that adjusts airflow to maintain optimal negative pressure.

We delivered a complete dust extraction system for a grinding application producing fine, explosive dust.

The solution includes source extraction with spark protection, a centrifugal spark separator, and a Jet BAG filtration unit with antistatic filter media and automatic regeneration.

The system is equipped with explosion relief panels and a rotary valve for safe discharge into Big Bags. Sorbent dosing was also implemented to support filter cleaning and dust stability.
