🌍 Earth Day is not just about nature. It’s also about industry.

Every day, thousands of cubic meters of water pass through industrial processes.

The question is not whether we use water.

Role kalolisu jako výrobního zařízení

Kalolis jako výrobní zařízení? V praxi to dává větší smysl, než se na první pohled zdá.
Pokud kal vnímáme jako produkt, pak kalolis není „konec linky“.

Je to finální výrobní operace, která:
👉 určuje výslednou sušinu
👉 ovlivňuje finální objem odvodněného kalu
👉 stabilizuje výstupní parametry

Rozdíl v návrhu kalolisu pak není detail.
Je to zásah do celé ekonomiky provozu.

📌 Zkušenost:
Správně navržený kalolis často znamená menší objem finálního množství odvodněného kalu a bezproblémový stabilní provoz.

Change in the management of the company

Ing. Stanislav Ježek, Ph.D. has been appointed Managing Director of the company. He will perform this role together with Mr. Jan Berger.

The new management builds on the company’s successful direction and places emphasis on further strengthening stability, developing business activities, innovation, and the quality of services provided.

Dear Customers,
We are pleased to present another interesting case study and we would also like to invite you to the IFAT 2026 trade fair in Munich this May.

1) Expansion of a Process Water Filtration Plant
🔹 Assignment
Our customer in the paper industry was facing growing demands for process water consumption. The existing filtration plant was no longer sufficient and it was necessary to increase its capacity.

🔹 Project Objective
The objective was to expand the filtration plant and increase its capacity by 400 m³/h. The total capacity of the process unit was redesigned to reach up to 700 m³/h. The project included the modernization of related technological units.

🔹 Our Solution
ENVITES designed and implemented a comprehensive process solution:
• modernization of the raw water pumping unit
• reconstruction of the clarifiers
• installation of a new pressure sand filtration system (4 filters, Ø 3000 mm)
• addition of pumps and piping
• measurement and automatic control system
The solution also included the optimization and increased efficiency of the clarification and filtration processes.

🔹 Result
The project resulted in:
• a significant increase in the filtration plant’s capacity
• stabilization of the water treatment plant’s operation
• increased filtration efficiency
The expanded filtration plant ensures a reliable supply of process water for paper production.
