🔍 1. HTF Leak Detection and Prevention System

MIRAI units are equipped with four independent sensors installed at key locations within the system. These sensors can detect even minor leaks of heat transfer fluid (HTF) and respond based on the risk level:
– Either by sending a warning to the operator,
– Or by automatically shutting down the system if the leak presents a potential hazard.
A key feature of the design is the complete absence of refrigerants such as freon. This eliminates the risk of refrigerant leakage altogether and significantly reduces environmental risks during operation.

⚡ 2. Rapid Automatic System Restart in Case of Power Interruptions

In the event of power outages or voltage fluctuations on the customer’s side, MIRAI systems can automatically restart and restore all operating parameters within 30 seconds — without requiring operator intervention.
This functionality is enabled by the air cycle technology and the refrigerant-free design, which significantly simplifies the restart process and ensures minimal downtime.

🔧 Revolutionizing Cooling with the Reverse Brayton Cycle
At MIRAI INTEX, we harness cutting-edge air cycle technology — also known as the reverse Brayton cycle with recuperator — to deliver highly efficient, eco-friendly, and reliable cooling solutions for the most demanding environments.

🌬️ How It Works
The Process:
1. COMPRESSION – Ambient air is compressed, increasing its pressure and temperature.
2. HEAT EXCHANGE – The hot, compressed air is cooled in a water-cooled heat exchanger.
3. RECUPERATION – The air is further cooled in a recuperator by exchanging heat with the returning low-temperature air.
4. EXPANSION – The cooled air is expanded in a turbo expander, drastically dropping its temperature. This ultra-cold air is then used to cool a chamber (open-cycle) or a heat transfer fluid (in X Cryo and closed-cycle systems).
5. RECIRCULATION – The return air passes back through the recuperator, recovers heat, and is recompressed — repeating the cycle continuously.
