✨No-Compromise Solutions✨ – Automated Production Line Built For Your Needs

At SLITIO, we believe that machines should adapt to your production needs – not the other way around. (After all, a tailored suit always fits better than one off the rack. 😉)

👉 Our latest project proves exactly that. We designed and built a fully automated line for rewinding and cutting paper rolls – tailored to a customer’s specific process.

✅ The machine operates fully automatically:
👉 It rewinds large jumbo rolls into smaller user-sized rolls, cuts them precisely according to values set on the touchscreen, seals each finished roll with adhesive tape, applies a label, and automatically transfers the finished rolls to the unloading table.

🎯 The result?
Less manual work, higher efficiency, and better precision – because that’s what a good machine should deliver.

We like to say it’s “paper in the leading role” 🎬 – because it’s not just about rewinding rolls, it’s about running the whole process exactly the way the customer needs it.

👉 For our customer – one of the largest suppliers in the printing industry – we designed and built a semi-automatic rewinding machine, tailored exactly to their needs.
And this wasn’t just about rewinding a roll. The brief was clear:
📏 Exact roll length
⚖️ Precise final diameter
🤖 Intuitive operation – no rocket science required

🎯 The result is a machine that produces rolls intended for further processing in printing presses—such as cleaning the rollers. Accuracy is crucial because the rolls must be wound precisely, without deviation. Every metre and millimetre must meet strict specifications.

💡 The customer had a clear vision, and we made it a reality. The result is a reliable, efficient, and intuitive solution that saves time, enhances quality, and integrates effortlessly into their workflow—like a font that fits seamlessly into a paragraph.
