ℹ️ New bending machine for the SJG Czech project!ℹ️

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our production capacity with a fully electric bending machine⚙️ from CSM for the production of the exhaust pipe system💨of the Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson passenger cars!

🔧 Specifications:
- Number of controlled axes: 9
- Maximum load:
✔️Mild steel: 65x2,5mm
✔️Non-ferrous metals: 65x4,5mm
✔️Stainless Steel: 65x1.6mm
- Bending radii: R35 - R300
- Back pressure:3 tons for precise bending of thin-walled tubes

In addition, the machine is ready to be tray mounted and integrated into a fully automatic line, allowing us to streamline our production.💡

We are happy to announce that our long awaited promo video is finally finished!

We would like to thank our staff for their amazing cooperation during the filming. Without their dedication this would not have been possible! Thank you to the great team at Drone Services for once again providing professional service!

Once again, the shoot was not without drones. They captured amazing footage not only of the production, but also of the beautiful landscape around our production plant in Červený Kostelec.
