⚡️DuoCut is designed for flatten and cutting cover crops or crop residues after harvesting crops such as sunflowers, rapeseed or corn.⚡️

✅ Thanks to two rows of cutting rollers in combination with harrow bars, the soil surface is very intensively disturbed and ideal conditions are created for w**d seed germination and the harvested crop to emerge.
✅ At the same time, plant residues are well spread out and the loosened soil surface reduces water evaporation.
✅ Low tensile resistance and high working speed ensure high daily output with low costs.
✅ The knives of the front and rear rollers have opposite inclinations, so that the result is a cross cut.
✅ The tine harrows between the rollers direct the stalks in the longitudinal direction, which improves the cutting effect of the rear knife rollers.
✅ The high working speed ensures high dynamics and efficiency of the disruption of plant residues, so that the subsequent microbial decomposition is significantly improved.
✅ Ultra-high-strength steels are widely used in the construction of the machines to ensure high resistance in heavy duty operation and minimal maintenance requirements.

✔ Řešíme nový projekt experimentálního výzkumu 👇🏻

Ve spolupráci s partnerem, Technickou fakultou České zemědělské univerzity v Praze, jsme v říjnu 2025 zahájili realizaci nového projektu: INTELIGENTNÍ ŘÍZENÍ SECÍCH STROJŮ č. CZ.01.01.01/01/24_062/0007439

Projekt je podpořen v rámci výzvy Aplikace II – Vývoj digitálních řešení Operačního programu Technologie a aplikace pro konkurenceschopnost a je spolufinancován Evropskou unií.

Finanční podpora nám pomůže integrovat špičkové technologie nejen do vývoje zemědělské techniky, ale i přímo do zemědělské praxe.

Realizace projektu potrvá 21 měsíců a bude zahrnovat vývoj a ověření pokročilého digitálního systému řízení secích strojů, který prostřednictvím propojení senzoriky, digitálních dvojčat, umělé inteligence a edge computingu umožní řídit proces setí na základě dat z půdního prostředí a provozu stroje.

Full-surface tillage with zone loosening up to a depth of 35 cm ⚡️
Triton combines the advantages of work disc cultivators and chisel cultivators in one pass. Their advantage is efficient cutting and mixing of plant residues into the processed soil and deep zone loosening ensuring excellent water absorption. Triton is fitted with two rows of discs with a diameter of 510 or 560 mm with maintenance-free overload security. The discs full-surface cultivates the soil up to 1️⃣2️⃣ cm depth and mix the plant residues perfectly. The soil is loosened by two rows of large chisels with a large spacing of 42 cm up to a depth of 3️⃣5️⃣ cm and ensure excellent water absorption to greater depths.
