🇨🇿Powerturn 2200 C1 posouvá hranice flexibility v obrábění díky řešení vyvinutému na míru pro významného zákazníka, který pracuje s mimořádně náročnými slitinami.
Zatímco předchozí dodávky pro tohoto zákazníka vystačily s dvouosou konfigurací, tentokrát aplikace vyžadovala rozšíření o třetí osu. Ta otevírá nové technologické možnosti a umožňuje kromě soustružení také frézování, vrtání, vyvrtávání i broušení – vše v jednom kompaktním řešení.
Důraz byl kladen také na vyšší míru automatizace a bezpečnosti. Stroj je proto vybaven automatickým orovnávacím zařízením přímo v obráběcím prostoru a zakládacím ramenem, které zajišťuje rychlou a spolehlivou výměnu nástrojů a plátků.
Během přejímky proběhla nejen standardní kontrola geometrických přesností a kompletnosti, ale také obrábění zkušebních a testovacích dílců. Na nich byly v praxi ověřeny všechny funkce stroje.
Výsledek? Výkonné, flexibilní a plně připravené řešení pro nejnáročnější aplikace.✅

🇬🇧The Powerturn 2200 C1 pushes machining flexibility to a new level with a solution tailored for a key customer working with exceptionally demanding alloy materials.
While previous deliveries for this customer relied on a two‑axis configuration, this project required the integration of a third axis to unlock additional technological capabilities. As a result, the machine now supports not only turning but also milling, drilling, boring and grinding – all within a single, highly versatile machine.
A strong emphasis is always placed on automation and operational safety. The machine is equipped with an automatic dressing unit integrated into the machining area, as well as a loading arm that ensures safe, fast and reliable tool and insert changes.
During the acceptance process, the machine underwent not only standard geometric accuracy and completeness checks but also the machining of test workpiece and a sample component. These verified all machine functions in real operating conditions, including the machining of complex alloy materials.
The result? A powerful, flexible and fully prepared solution for the most demanding applications.✅
