BendLED machine lamp is even better
The BendLED lamp is our "flagship" lamp with IP69 protection and a design that withstands the most challenging working conditions in the long term, for example in the work area of heavy-duty TOSHULIN carousel lathes. One of the critical details of high-protection luminaires is the power supply, which must ensure perfect and long-lasting tightness. In addition, the power supply in the machine tool area must withstand sharp and hot sponges, which requires cables with a metal braid or protector. Based on long-term testing, we have started using stainless steel bellows in combination with special glands to protect the power supply for BendLED machine lamps since this year. The reason for this change is to increase the reliability of the sealing and significantly better mechanical resistance compared to a steel-sheathed cable. And there's even better news - the price remains the same.

The second way to solve the problem of safe supply to the BendLED luminaire is to order this luminaire with an outlet on the back of the luminary, where a groove for the "O" ring is also provided. The luminaire can then be mounted directly on the wall of the work area and the supply will be routed outside the work area where there are much fewer demands on it.

And as a novelty, we are preparing a variant of the BendLED luminaire adapted for mounting from the other side of the panel, so that there will be only a sealed aperture on the wall of the work area.

Can you shine around the corner? At first I thought the question was a joke, but then we agreed that the designer was looking for a light fixture that would be attached to the wall (to prevent chips from piling up behind it) and would shine diagonally under itself at an angle of about 45°. And that's how our successful BendLED light came into play. It also received IP69 protection to survive in the most difficult conditions of heavy machine tools. And he does it very successfully. Finally! Who put together the new website knows .... a lot of work, explaining what we really want, a bunch of corrections ... but it's over and our new website is fully functional!

You also need good lighting for a good result of your work. We offer top LED lighting made in the Czech Republic. The main advantages are the robust construction with protection up to IP69, a number of different mounting methods, and a wide range of supply voltages. Dear customers, after a long effort we have managed to complete the full reconstruction of our best-selling luminaires InLED and NewRefLED. The most important change is the completely redesigned luminaire sealing to meet the highest IP69 degree of ingress protection. This degree of protection corresponds to spraying with pressurized water 100 bar from a distance of 1m, we test our fixtures with the same pressure from a distance of 10cm. Modern machines with high-pressure cooling need luminaires with high protection and you can now be sure that they can withstand the most demanding conditions. In addition, we have developed new electronic power supplies for our luminaires with high efficiency and a significantly wider range of supply voltages. Longtime proof S020 luminary was upgraded replacing T5 fluorescent tubes with LED tubes. The consumption was reduced to approx. one third and lifetime increased to 50 000 hours. And the best in the end - the price stays the same!
