Rapid progress on our latest project in Poland! 🇵🇱

The assembly of the buckwheat peeling line for our customer, Jacek Jurek, is moving ahead at full speed. We are excited to see the facility taking shape!

Current status update:
• All machines are now in position.
• The gravity piping system is fully connected.
• Our team is currently installing the aspiration ducting
• Next up: The electrical team will begin their work to power up the entire line.

We look forward to the final commissioning and seeing this state-of-the-art facility 🏭 in full action! 🤝

Another exciting project is underway in Poland! 🇵🇱

Following our recent successes, we have officially started the assembly of a brand-new peeling line, this time specifically designed for legumes—fava beans! 🫘

The installation of the steel structure is currently in progress, and all machinery has safely arrived on-site, ready for the next phase of assembly.
This comprehensive delivery includes everything needed for a complete, highly efficient processing line 🏭:

Core Processing Technology:
⚙️ 2x Horizontal Peeling Machines JHP 10
✨ Modular Cleaner VibroMAX JCM 08123.C1P0A2
💨 Aspiration System: Featuring the Air Fan JVR 500 and Cyclone Separator JVC 800

Conveying & Infrastructure:
Storage & Handling: A 23 m³ storage bin with a 45° hopper, alongside dedicated hoppers for emptying (1 m³) and filling Big-Bags.
Material Transport: Bucket elevators and trough screw conveyors for transport of the dry, bulk material.

✨ VibroCompact JCC 08131: Delivering highly efficient cleaning using both sieve and air separation.

🇵🇱 New Project Alert: Complete Buckwheat Processing Line in Poland! 🌾

We are thrilled to announce another exciting project! JK Machinery is currently delivering a comprehensive buckwheat processing line for our client Jacek Jurek in Poland.

This project perfectly showcases our ability to deliver end-to-end technological solutions tailored to our customers' specific needs. We are providing not only the core machinery but the complete project design, including the supporting structures, storage containers, and the electrical switchboard. ⚙️📐

Here is a look at the high-performance JK Machinery technology powering this new line:
🎯 JHD 06 Disk Dehuller: This machine is used to separate the hulls of seeds that do not adhere firmly to the kernel, and is particularly used for peeling small seeds such as millet or buckwheat. For this project, it will deliver a dehulling capacity of 500-800 kg/h.
✨JCC 08 VibroCompact Cleaner: The JCC cleaner cleans all types of cereals and other crops. In this setup, it will handle a precise calibration capacity of 200-300 kg/h.
💎 JGD / JGC 05: To ensure the highest purity, the line features a flexible setup using either a Destoner (JGD) or a Gravity Concentrator (JGC), depending on the exact processing requirements of the batch.

🇱🇹 Lithuanian H**p Experts at JK Machinery! 🌿

It was a pleasure to welcome a special delegation from Lithuania to our manufacturing plant in Tábor. Led by Rokas Augulis from Naturas and members of the Kapvia association, the group came to explore our solutions for post-harvest processing.

We discussed the best technologies for cleaning, sorting, and hulling h**p seeds-a crop that has a strong tradition in both our countries. 🤝
