Jsme v samotném centru Prahy. Okolí vlakového Masarykova a blízkého autobusového nádraží Florenc se s nadsázkou dá nazvat územím Penty.
Významná proměna území začala stavbou kancelářského komplexu Florentinum v designu studia Cigler Marani Architects. Na tento projekt jsme navrhli, vyrobili a namontovali zhruba 20.000 m2 modulových a rastrových fasád s obkladovými tvarovkami z GRC. Vnitřní piazzeta s parčíkem a zelení přináší nejen příjemné pocitové zklidnění, ale také pohled na nejvýraznější části projektu se šikmými a ve vrcholu obloukovými modulovými fasádami.
Doposud nejvýznamějším zásahem do tváře čtvrti a nakonec i celé Prahy byla Masaryčka hned naproti. Zaha Hadid Architects navrhli multifunkční objekt spojující kancelářské plochy s komerčními a Masaryčka je tak nejen kancelářskou budovou, ale i zázemím restaurací a obchodů. Masaryčka se svým designem stala ikonickou stavbou a určitě jednou z nejvýznamnějších v Praze. I my jsme byli před třemi lety u toho s návrhem a dodávkou všech fasád. Výrazný a náročný design Zahy Hadid a především ta největší výzva, tedy realizace nejvýraznější části projektu v podobě zlatého kýlu v čele, by se neobešel bez nejmodernějších metod designu a výroby přejatých z automobilového průmyslu.
Procházka ulicí Na Florenci se tak trochu dá brát jako procházka Sipral show roomem 😉👌
A my věříme, že se budeme moct podílet i na dalších začínajících a připravovaných projektech zásadní přeměny tohoto území. 👍

We are right in the very heart of Prague. The area around Masaryk Railway Station and the nearby Florenc Bus Terminal could, with a bit of exaggeration, be called “Penta territory.”
A major transformation of the area began with the construction of the Florentinum office complex, designed by Cigler Marani Architects. For this project, we designed, manufactured, and installed approximately 20,000 m² of stick and unitized façades with GRC cladding elements. The internal piazzetta with greenery and a small park not only creates a pleasant sense of calm, but also offers views of the project’s most distinctive features—sloped and, at their peak, curved unitised façades.
The most significant intervention shaping the district—and ultimately Prague as a whole—has been Masaryčka building, located directly opposite. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, this multifunctional building combines office space with retail, making Masaryčka not just an office building, but also a hub for restaurants and shops. With its design, Masaryčka has become an iconic building and certainly one of the most important in Prague. We were also part of this project, responsible for the design and delivery of all façades three years ago. The bold and complex design by Zaha Hadid—and especially the greatest challenge, the ex*****on of the most prominent feature in the form of the golden “keel” at the front—would not have been possible without the most advanced design and manufacturing methods adopted from the automotive industry.
A walk along Na Florenci Street can therefore be seen as a bit of a Sipral showroom 😉👌
And we believe we will have the opportunity to participate in further upcoming projects that will continue the major transformation of this area. 👍
