IFAT 2026 - day 2 and 3. And the momentum keeps building.

A big thank you to everyone we met until today - for the many meetings, insightful discussions, and new connections.

It’s clear that face-to-face conversations still bring the greatest value.

Budoucnost čištění odpadních vod se tvoří sdílením zkušeností 💧

V IN-EKO TEAM věříme, že úzká spolupráce mezi výrobci technologií a provozovateli vodohospodářské infrastruktury je klíčová.

Náš Technical Sales Manager Tomáš Rozmahel se dnes zúčastnil odborné akce Komise pro ČOV pořádané SOVAK ČR a Vodovody a kanalizace Pardubice a.s.

Kromě teoretických přednášek byla velmi přínosná i prohlídka pardubické biologické čistírny odpadních vod. Možnost vidět technologické procesy přímo v terénu a diskutovat o nich s kolegy z oboru je pro nás neocenitelným zdrojem inspirace.

Děkujeme za perfektní organizaci a možnost být součástí této důležité platformy pro výměnu odborných informací.

Budoucnost vody je v rukou dnešních studentů 🧑‍🎓

Dnes najdete kolegy Martin Smolík a Denisa Holečková na Kariérním dni Mendelu 2026.

Mendelova univerzita v Brně je pro mnohé z nás v IN-EKO TEAM Alma mater a moc rádi se sem vracíme, například právě jako účastníci kariérního dne.

Zájem studentů o technologie pro čištění vody je velký. Nepřekvapuje nás to, voda je tématem budoucnosti 💦

Už teď jsme domluvili několik spoluprací na závěrečných pracích na různá témata.

A přesně tohle nám dává smysl. Bývalí studenti budou pomáhat se závěrečnými pracemi těm současným.

Studuješ techniku, ekonomii nebo odpadové hospodářství ❓

Pojď pracovat na projektech, které nekončí u teorie, ale vrací čistou vodu zpět do přírody 💧

Taková je právě probíhající konference "Nové metody a postupy při provozování ČOV" v Seči.

Kolega Tomáš Rozmahel zde za chvilku představí Pile filtraci jako efektivní technologii nejen pro terciární stupeň (přednášku ještě stíháte 😊)

🎄 A brief look back at our December Christmas party

We were truly pleased to see all our colleagues come together at last year’s Christmas party 🥂

We enjoyed bowling, plenty of great food and drinks, a photo booth, and most importantly, a friendly atmosphere that made the evening special.

One of the highlights was looking back at 30 years of our company’s history through a photo presentation - from the very beginning to the present day.

Some of our colleagues have been with us for nearly the entire journey, which led to many smiles as we tried to recognize familiar faces in the older photos.

It was especially nice to meet colleagues we don’t see that often. From different parts of the country as well as from our sister companies EBIA Pivovary and New Water Group 🩵

It was a truly wonderful evening, and we hope to see so many of you again this year!

We wish you all the best in the New Year. May it bring you not only success, but also a great working environment and colleagues like those we are proud to have at IN-EKO TEAM!
