📊 INTERNATIONAL MARKET SURVEY – GASTRONOMY OPERATIONS

RM GASTRO EU SE is conducting an international survey focused on the needs of operators in the gastronomy sector across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and other European countries.

The aim of the survey is to collect real-world operational feedback, which will be used for the further development of professional kitchen technologies and the RM Gastro Cloud system.

🗓 Survey period: April 22 – June 30, 2026
👥 Target group: restaurants, canteens, hotels, catering companies, and other food service operations

The questionnaire is anonymous and used exclusively for development and analytical evaluation of industry trends.

On Tuesday, April 14, we welcomed our international business partners for whom we prepared a live cooking demonstration using our equipment. 👨‍🍳✨

In practice, we showcased a combi oven, Infinity shock freezer, induction cooker, and vacuum packaging machine, all of which were used during a complete demonstration of modern professional cooking.

The culinary experience was led by our gastro consultant Jakub Jasenovský, who demonstrated the efficient use of our technologies in a real professional kitchen environment.
The entire meeting was carried out in a spirit of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and exploring new opportunities for cooperation.

The first visit of this week is behind us! 👏

Together, we toured our production facility in Veselí nad Lužnicí, visited our showrooms in Prague, and introduced our company along with both of our brands. We concluded the meeting with a lunch at our RM gastro studio, where we also had the opportunity to present the new RM 900 line.

Another installation and training successfully completed 🐘🍽️
A restaurant at Prague Zoo is now newly equipped, including a new digital fryer. 👉 On-site training was, of course, part of the process.

The project was carried out by our long-term partner Amerex trade s.r.o. – thank you for the great collaboration that makes sense and helps us move forward together. 🤝
